Thank you for your interest in Grace Lutheran Schools. It is our desire to partner with you and your family in the spiritual and academic education of your child.
- We encourage you to tour the preschool facilities, learn about our school, and ask questions. You may complete and submit the New Family Contact form and the preschool director will contact you, or you can call the preschool office at 760.745.0846, ext. 119 to set up an appointment. At this time you will also receive a registration packet.
- Complete the registration packet and turn it into the preschool office. A non-refundable registration fee of $ 85.00 per child is payable at registration time.
- Completion of all admission and health forms must be on file before the child’s first day of school. These forms include the following, which are found in your registration packet.

- Enrollment form
- Identification & Emergency form
- Physician report
- Health History
- Consent for medical treatment
- Immunization record
- Personal rights
- Parents rights
- Parent Handbook
