The high school youth group is beginning to make plans for our fourth annual mission trip to Gallup, New Mexico. The dates for our trip are March 23rd- March 29th. We will continue to work with American Indian Missions Inc. (AIMI) and their outreach to the Zuni and Navajo tribes. A large part of what we do is work on the facilities of two different Christian camps. These camps welcome a lot of Native Americans and minister to them the gospel of Jesus. While we don’t know specifically what projects we will work on while there, we do know that we will need funds to purchase supplies for them.
We also will take donations of cases of drinking water, to offset the cost of purchasing it for the team.
Donations could also be designated to offset the individual student payments of $300 each, van rentals, gas, and the costs of the camp that we staying at- Broken Arrow Bible ranch.
We are blessed to have such a supportive congregation. Please keep the students in your prayers as they will be busy planning, training, and bonding as a team over the next few weeks in advance of the trip. Questions?
